For this amazing kitchen remodel, the homeowners wanted to completely remove a wall to open the space and extend their island. Modern Mountain Cabinetry redesigned the space and ordered the cabinetry, and New Vista Renovation was hired to do the demolition, electrical, plumbing, and installation.

Everything in their bathroom was still "original" and the layout didn't offer much space. They had a few ideas in mind of what they would like to change, so we worked together to come up with a new layout that would suit their needs. 

After demo, all plumbing and electrical was relocated to new areas for the vanity, bathtub, shower head and toilet. Sheetrock and texture were completed before installing new tile flooring, tile for the shower, the vanity and toilet. We then added all the final touches like new light fixtures, mirrors and installation of faucets for the vanity and shower. 

What a great transformation and such an elegant new look!

This home in East Sac is going to look like a gem when we are complete. The building department has special requirements for East Sac homes, which is why it’s important to use a remodeler who is experienced when pulling a permit. Less headache for the homeowner!
