Pandemic Inspired
One-On-One Guidance
For those serious about no-contact
Our Response to COVID - Virtual Consultations
Our General Contractor Michael is responding to our community's need to stay-at-home, by implementing a new Limited Time Only program. Michael and I realized that we can "improve" this major community 'shelter in place', by offering one-on-one virtual guidance for repair assisting and repair questions.
Watch our video above & see how this works below
Here is a Prelude:
1.) This idea will not be everyone's cup of tea (and that's okay).
2.) There is a growing list of examples this works for.
3.) Many would rather do this than have people enter their home right now (even though we have both a GC and a plumbing license, so we are able to continue to work as essential workers).
4.) Just about anything can be ordered online.
This is for people who:
**Want to keep their house an EXTRA clean zone.
**Have had a contractor cough in their home recently, and nearly panicked.
**Have a DIY level that falls somewhere in-between watching a tutorial online and giving up.
**Don't really know how to fix something, are intimidated by a certain task or who want to lessen the learning curve period.
**Are frustrated when they can't quickly (or easily) find what they need online, just have some questions about things like: technique, building code, time saving tricks or product selection.
**Are generally introverted, or anxious or shy and are not excited to have contractors over anyway.
"....could do it myself - if it were not for that ONE little question I have".
**Aren't sure what that "metal piece" is actually called, what that "do-dad" does, or where to find another "plastic thing" that does x.
Programs We Are Using:
Zoom, Facetime, Skype, Google Hangouts, Duo, or another program of your choice.

We UNDERSTAND the struggle.
There are some very hard times about. Many have lost their jobs or some value of their investments. Don't worry about your looks or cleaning up whatever mess is there. Some of us at New Vista are at home in our PJs, too. You really don't need to fix up your looks before the call - and should see how we look after a day of filth in an attic, or climbing in under-house-mud.
The idea is simple:
To guide you on how to fix your issues in an economical and low-stress way.
….Because at this point
- We are simply hoping to find or create new ways we can all help each other - by contributing to us all being able to keep our homes fully contained.
- We care deeply about solving a greater problem locally and elsewhere, than we do about ourselves and keeping our calendars full.
One hope is that we can become a trendsetter here, so please share this - or forward this to your other *favorite* contractors who you know and care about. We can give them tips on how to successfully pull off this process too.
Virtual advising was never Michael's "dream job"
... there are reasons he wanted to get into construction (mainly so he can work with his hands, as that is what he loves to do). But this is where we find ourselves.

to support and to stay healthy for too.
