We are so happy with the finished look of this bathroom remodel for a family in Loomis. Everything in their bathroom was still "original" and the layout didn't offer much space. They had a few ideas in mind of what they would like to change, so we worked together to come up with a new layout that would suit their needs. After demo, all plumbing and electrical was relocated to new areas for the vanity, bathtub, shower head and toilet. Sheetrock and texture were completed before installing new tile flooring, tile for the shower, the vanity and toilet. We then added all the final touches like new light fixtures, mirrors and installation of faucets for the vanity and shower. What a great transformation and such an elegant new look!

New Vista Renovation is doing a full bathroom remodel for a family in Loomis. This remodel includes a full layout change, new vanity, bathtub, and toilet as well as updated countertops, flooring and fixtures.
 Expanded with 3 walls down, original 1940’s cabinets replaced, electrical panel moved and plumbing to the island. Special shout out to Cabinetry Connection for the design work; www.cabinetryconnect.com Demo Day was finished yesterday on our new kitchen remodel! Now we are finishing blocking and installing headers on these (3) walls being taken down. This home in East Sac is going to look like a gem when we are complete. The building department has special requirements for East Sac homes, which is why it’s important to use a remodeler who is experienced when pulling a permit. Less headache for the homeowner! This one is going to go smoothly. Looking forward to seeing it progress.  In progress at our latest bathroom remodel... About to install some high quality shower doors and a few ordered items.  Starting demo on a full bathroom remodel in East Sacramento! This one is going to be gorgeous. Keep posted!  In honor of those who gave the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom.  This young couple was daring enough to add a unique and stylish color scheme in their kitchen. We enjoyed taking this remodel as it was for a military family and we are a patriotic company. This light remodel was straightforward besides a wall removal between the kitchen and living room. It involved new cabinetry, counters, appliances, electrical and plumbing fixtures.
