Demo Day was finished yesterday on our new kitchen remodel! Now we are finishing blocking and installing headers on these (3) walls being taken down.
This home in East Sac is going to look like a gem when we are complete. The building department has special requirements for East Sac homes, which is why it’s important to use a remodeler who is experienced when pulling a permit. Less headache for the homeowner! This one is going to go smoothly. Looking forward to seeing it progress. This young couple was daring enough to add a unique and stylish color scheme in their kitchen. We enjoyed taking this remodel as it was for a military family and we are a patriotic company.
This light remodel was straightforward besides a wall removal between the kitchen and living room. It involved new cabinetry, counters, appliances, electrical and plumbing fixtures. Design credits to Sara at www.cabinetryconnect.com and our team here at New Vista who provided a high quality kitchen remodel experience. The couple loves their new kitchen! We are proud to add it to our portfolio of remodels done right. Starting a new kitchen remodel! Just completed demolition. Our customer is looking to update this rental before an upcoming home sale - it’s going to bump up his asking price! More pics to come, stay tuned!
In-progress photos of our current kitchen remodel that is underway! This area being remodeled is not as clean looking as our after photos - but we try to leave houses somewhat neat at the end of the day. More photos to come!
Congratulations to the family that allowed us to transform their kitchen space! We managed to complete this remodel - just in time for them to bring a beautiful baby girl into this world!
It was quite an amazing experience to design and remodel this home with our new Medallion Cabinetry product line. The main area of cabinetry features our Gold Line in Park Place door style, in the color Sea Salt with Pewter Highlight. Their new 7ft island is our Appaloosa Peppercorn with matching island legs. New Vista managed this project from start to finish, including all permits required by the local building department. The previous 20ft wall had been located from the area of the remaining post to the window to the right of the sink, shown in these photos. Proper removal of this wall did require a structurally sound weight load transfer in the attic. Safety comes first! Also included: Granite counters, new appliances, brick style backsplash, flooring, gas line/plumbing/electrical relocation, can lighting and new plumbing fixtures. Our CAD drawings are proving to be incredibly helpful in the design process of our remodels, allowing customers to really SEE what they can do with the space they have! This project had closed without any change orders and the total time encompassed exactly 8wks - from demolition to final inspection! After photos from our kitchen remodel for the young family in Antelope! This is to follow our video posted on August 30th - we are so pleased that the remodel/layout change turned out so lovely for these nice people!
A kitchen remodel update. We are currently preparing this room for cabinetry, for a nice local family: ** This Project's After Photos:New Vista Renovation was recently hired to replace kitchen cabinets and appliances with new. This project shows a major improvement to the smaller size kitchen space. The cabinets were purchased through one of our specialty suppliers and the appliances were chosen by our customer for us to install. The previous counters were removed and granite was professionally installed on the new cabinets. We are very pleased with the outcome of this renovation, as the previous kitchen had been very outdated and in need of a makeover.. Our team had completed this small remodel over just a couple of weeks, from the time of product selection to the project's completion. Our recent kitchen remodel has come to completion. It was a major improvement from what had been there previously and the customer was impressed with the outcome!
