In progress at our latest bathroom remodel... About to install some high quality shower doors and a few ordered items.

Starting demo on a full bathroom remodel in East Sacramento! This one is going to be gorgeous. Keep posted!  This beautiful double bathroom remodel was for a nice young family out in Citrus Heights. Included were: two vanity installs, floor tile, plus plumbing and electrical upgrades. The custom cabinetry was purchased from Cabinetry Connection in Sacramento. New Vista had enlarged the shower both vertically and horizontally. We laid the tile with a cubby and shaving corner. It all came out perfect!  This remodel was for a nice young couple in the Sacramento area. They wanted a unique tile design in the shower stall - and it adds that bit of flair we love to see in our after photos! The new shower features new cubbies and a slim corner seat. New Vista also installed their new vanity, plumbing, wall fixtures and flooring.  This lovely remodel was a huge improvement to the previously small and outdated 80’s style bathroom! The wonderful middle school teacher, needed this relaxing bathroom haven to return home to, after work and an otherwise busy lifestyle. These are the final photos, from the in progress videos we’ve posted on recently. We’ve changed the layout to the room, adding new space, by taking out the pocket door wall which had been in the way, then enlarging the shower by a couple feet. Also, that outdated carpet in the bathroom just had to go! This high end 6’ Medallion Cabinetry brand vanity shown was custom built, just as desired, with tilt out trays added and in the Chai Latte color. Our customer selected a beautiful barn door which matched the modern farmhouse style she was after. The new shower we installed had a shaving corner and cubbies framed in. The aged bronze finish frameless, pivoting shower door was the perfect match with the other metals in the room! This remodel was a huge improvement to the previous space and proves that it’s possible to remodel rather than buy new for a beautiful home. It only took roughly 4 weeks from the first building inspection to completion. Walking into this new master bathroom no longer had the frustrating feel it once had, and now feels more like stepping into a day spa! Our customer had needed their master shower redone as a previous company had not addressed the dry rot under the tile when replacing recently. After a year, the shower had felt unsafe as the ground had been bowing. Our team replaced extensive dry rot underneath this shower. Then we moved on to install a new finished product for the resolved shower: The customer went with a white subway tile for the walls, with a stylish grayscale Herringbone pattern floor! We installed the Tile-Ready waterproofing system to prevent further leaks in this area. She is now able to shower in safety and live in style!   |
