This young couple was daring enough to add a unique and stylish color scheme in their kitchen. We enjoyed taking this remodel as it was for a military family and we are a patriotic company. This light remodel was straightforward besides a wall removal between the kitchen and living room. It involved new cabinetry, counters, appliances, electrical and plumbing fixtures. Included were: two vanity installs, floor tile, plus plumbing and electrical upgrades. The custom cabinetry was purchased from Cabinetry Connection in Sacramento. New Vista had enlarged the shower both vertically and horizontally. We laid the tile with a cubby and shaving corner. It all came out perfect!  Starting a new kitchen remodel! Just completed demolition. Our customer is looking to update this rental before an upcoming home sale - it’s going to bump up his asking price! More pics to come, stay tuned! This area being remodeled is not as clean looking as our after photos - but we try to leave houses somewhat neat at the end of the day. More photos to come! This is a beautiful living room cabinetry install we had completed a few weeks ago in Newcastle. This remodel was for a nice young couple in the Sacramento area. They wanted a unique tile design in the shower stall - and it adds that bit of flair we love to see in our after photos! The new shower features new cubbies and a slim corner seat. New Vista also installed their new vanity, plumbing, wall fixtures and flooring.  |
